Panther Pride Band - Middle School

Middle School Band is considered the advanced band at UES.

Middle School Band students will continue to develop their musical skills and will learn more advanced techniques and concepts. This class meets as a full band class every day. The Middle School Band is the varsity group and will represent UES at competitions. Students are expected to participate in all scheduled band activities, concerts and contests throughout the school year. Please refer to the calendar for important dates and events.

Grades 4 and 5 Band

Grades 4 and 5 students are not expected to have prior musical experience. Students will learn basic music theory and will explore how to play a musical instrument. Students will be given several performance opportunities throughout the school year. There is minimal outside school time required with the exception of daily practice and required performances. Please refer to the calendar for performance dates.
